(More customer reviews)After a delay of more than 3 months from the original September ship date, this set was finally released in January 2011. My wish since childhood has finally been granted and I have the complete Dairugger series on DVD.
Compared to the US adaptation, the original Japanese series is so much better. There was so much inconsistency in the US adaptation that it was quite silly and unacceptable at least to me. The original series has a much better storyline and is consistent throughout. I strongly recommend the whole series, especially if you have watched the US adaptation "Vehicle Voltron" in bewilderment. Highly recommended.
My only problem is that when I received the DVD set, I found that two of the DVDs were loose due to the broken hold inside the box buy fortunately the DVDs were not scratched. The company that released this series really did a lousy job on packaging.
