This is a great collection of Looney Tunes made by The Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote. It includes the brand new cartoon, CHARIOTS OF FUR (1994) which suprisingly turned out to be a great cartoon, unlike CARROTBLANCA. This collection also includes 5 more cartoons. This includes OPERATION RABBIT (1951), one of five cartoons made with Bugs Bunny and Wile E. Coyote. Interestingly, this was made before BEEP, BEEP (1952), the second Road Runner cartoon ever. It basically uses the Coyote from FAST AND FURRY-OUS (1949). READY, WOOLEN, AND ABLE (1960) is the best cartoon starring Ralph Wolf and Sam Sheep Dog. I guess this is on this tape because Ralph Wolf is a form of Wile E. BEEP BEEP & HOOK, LINE, AND STINKER (1958) are also great cartoons. ZIP 'N' SNORT (1961) is the second best Road Runner cartoon ever, next to TO BEEP OR NOT TO BEEP (1963) of course. The only complaint I have is that other than the brand new cartoon, the other five are on ROAD RUNNER VS. WILE E. COYOTE: THE CLASSIC CHASE. But if you want ... better quality, buy this!

Since his 1949 cartoon debut, Wile E. Coyote has been successful at one thing:failure. The source of his constant frustration is that speed demon of the desert, the Road Runner. Legendary animation director Chuck Jones put two of his greatest creations back on the road in their first animated theatrical short in 30 years in CHARIOTS OF FUR, debuting on video.BEEP, BEEP takes a dizzy fur-vs.-fowl spin through a mine shaft. OPERATION: RABBIT (mis)matches Wile E. with that smoothest of all operators, Bugs Bunny.Next, Wile E. falls HOOK, LINE AND STINKER for his own chain-reaction contraption.Sam Sheepdog thwarts furry-ous Ralph Wolf in READY, WOOLEN AND ABLE.But in ZIP 'N' SNORT, there's light at the end of the tunnel for Wile E.Or is there? All which proves an old Coyote can't learn new tricks, not as long as the Road Runner's around anyway!
