(More customer reviews)I think this is the best of the Charlie Brown movies. It focuses on the whole gang, not just Charlie Brown and Snoopy. Lucy leaves most of the bossing around to Peppermint Patty this time around, Marcie instigates votes to make desicions (and the boys lose their cabin headquarters, consequentially!). When Peppermint Patty complains that breakfast isn't traditional campout style, Charlie Brown silences her- "Where's the flapjacks, Chuck?" "Listen, if you don't like it, don't eat!". Schroeder insists on taking his piano onto the rapids, although Linus didn't think there'd be enough room- "Well then, if there's not enough room for my piano, maybe there isn't enough room for your blanket either!" (Linus has a change of heart after that argument!). Snoopy acts as crazy as usual, kissing all the girls goodnight, and Woodstock uses Snoopy as a mountain to ski on when it snows (in summer! )! Then there's the arrogant, nasty opponents chanting "We're #1!" (give them credit, when it comes to cheating, they are indeed #1!).
