This is a region free DVD made in the Netherlands. All are color cartoons,
from Elstree Hill Entertainment. But the Popeye the Sailor with Betty Boop isn't on this disk as the IMDB indicates.

This DVD is a UK release, (PAL Region 0 DVD) it WILL NOT play on standard US DVD player. You need a multi-region PAL/NTSC DVD player to view it in USA/Canada.Popeye The Sailorman was created by cartoonist Elzie Segar in 1929 and first appeared in the comic strip Thimble Theatre.Although Thimble Theatre was originally based on the exploits of Olive Oyls family, Popeye soon became the star.He became a film star in 1933 with an appearance in a Betty Boop cartoon before going to star in almost 600 cartoons.
